Boosters are items saved directly onto your device's memory so that you can use them offline. Only gold bars and your progress is registered on King servers. This also means that if you reinstall the game or install it on a new device, you will not find the boosters.

If you lost any boosters that you have purchased please reach out to our Customer Care team using the 'Contact us' option directly from your device (this way support will have all the details needed to help). All you need to do is:

Boosters and lives can't transfer new device expect gold bars.
