Where did my progress go???

I am on level 2905. 22bonus's saved up, plus 4 of 5 jugs!! I added my name to my avitar just now. Go back to my game and it says "2905" however, no bonus's showing on the left!!! Back to I bonuses jugs, and I find myself starting at the beginnig again!!! Grrrr! Been playing Candy Crush for 20 years, and this game "Candy Crush Soda" for about 3 months. My money is down the drain, AGAIN!!! I have always been really nice, kind, and patient with the problems I have encountered these years, not today I have had it. 😫

    Please try following steps

    Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.

    Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.

    Memory: Keep at least 2GB free storage for smooth gameplay.

    Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.

    Clear Cache:

    🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache

    🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

    Hi Palash,

    Thankyou for your reply. I do not us cell, I use my desktop, and my work desktop, (Government} both of which have regular updates. I have been an avid player of this and Candy Crush, for many years. How ever at home I will do the above, and let you know. 😉
