I'm having a hard time with this level as to whenever the green soda activates the fish don't swim upwards to destroy the ice blocks instead they go down and I've been stuck at this level for hours because I only have 21 moves and the fish seem to be programmed to go the wrong way

You have the same obstacles from different levels.

The fish created from green soda go crazy.

Which Candy Crush Soda version are you playing? This may be the reason of this problem.

I’m playing the latest version and don’t see any updates available, but I’m having the same issue. When the fish swim they always go down to the bottom. It’s impossible to pass the level this way.
