I’m having a problem with your app. Every time I make a purchase I’m being double charged. I need some assistance with this please.
Hello again @HaileMama That sounds strange 🤔 You can contact King Player Support, they can check your purchases. Community cannot handle purchases, due to personal information. If you happen to play on a mobile device or Windows app, you can contact Player Support directly from the device. That way Support will automatically get your purchase history and transactions. All you need to do is:
- Tap on the blue gear
- Tap on the ? mark
- Tap on “My Purchases“
- Choose and tap on a topic that is closest to your question/issue
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap on "Contact Us"
If you don’t play on mobile or Windows app, please contact Player Support Team 👉 here Describe briefly your complaint, and don’t forget to mention your Game ID, Check 👉 here how to find your Player ID

Thank you for answering my question. But I have closely watched my purchases and they are not grouped together. I have made 1 purchase and last week and was charged twice. This has been happening since July.ni have stopped playing the game due to this.

Purchases made on different dates might be grouped together into a single charge and shown in the receipt you received via email from your provider. To verify this, you'd need to check your purchases history. If you don't recognize the purchase afterwards, you should report this immediately.
