None of the striped candy that I obtain and use is being recorded when I play Rocket Rush. I would get and use over a hundred striped candies but when the rush is over, I am listed at 0, why is this happening?

If you have completed a new level or Bake a Cake level, the amount of stripped candies you used do not register in the leaderboard, it only shows in the stripped candies counter while you are playing, it may be a time error. Your device time has a difference with the server time.
There has a auto setting of time function in the setup menu of your device. You can use this function to align with the server time.

Yes I completed the levels and after each level I go to check and see if I got the amount of striped candy I should have, and it was still zero. It is still happening. I upgraded the candy crush game, I turned the device off and back on and still happening 😔
Did you complete the level?
The new version only count striped candy from levels you complete, not from failed attempts to get the level.
