since yesterday all my activities are gone except for Rocket Rush

Did you check latest version of your game and device software update

Did you update your game app?

It happens sometimes when you updated game. Wait for few minutes, check this internet connection normal..

If don't work please try following steps

• Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
• Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
• Memory: Keep at least 2GB free storage for smooth gameplay.
• Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
• Clear Cache:
  • Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
  • iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

My app is up to date, version 1.278.7 updated Oct 1, 2024.The magic door disappeared and was replaced with the old roadblock when update loaded. Figured i would wait till Friday to see if new levels loaded but they did not. I did everything you suggested but my game is still showing a roadblock. Rocket Rush is the only activity showing. How do I unfreeze my game? Playing on Samsung Galaxy S24+.
