Candy Crush Soda level 2262 seems bugged on Android

This level is bugged on Android. The object is to blow that wheel on the bottom left. But any fish you create never targets that, so it is impossible to win this level. They just blow up random things that don't do anything for you. I looked up peoples' playthroughs on Youtube and their fish always target the bottom left wheel. I then realized they weren't playing on the phone. I switched to the Windows version, and sure enough, it works correctly. The fish target the wheel and once that blows, the jelly spreads everywhere and you win the level.
