Hello and welcome!
When I get really stuck, I think the best case is either to ask here in the forum or check YouTube for guides or inspiration (sometimes the levels on YouTube slightly vary between what you see in your game).
For example, here's a video I found of this level from 1 year ago, I'm not sure if it will help you all the way though!

There are multilayered ices and honeys that prevent the bears go to the string. Since it is very hard to remove, I need you to use color bomb + coloring candy booster and when they are settled to the good area, swap it
Finally pop the bottles that they are spawning and make fishs to complete
