Hmm, I see. It seems like something is not really working with the connection here. I would check your settings in Google Store to see what could be the problem - for more information you can follow the steps on this page:
"I didn't receive my Android purchase"
If it doesn't help, it would be great if you could share your Player ID here so we can look further into it.
