Are my accounts linked and merge together?

I have two separate accounts under different email addresses that I play completely separately. Now all of a sudden I can't separate the two games and even positions and game levels and power-ups have all been jumbled between the two. Why would this happen and how is it going to be fixed. Additionally it's extremely hard to log out of one without it automatically logging me into the next one without even an option. If the accounts have been merged, that was done without my consent and I'm not happy about it. Please explain
