Did I miss an anniversary game?

In the first days of the anniversary celebration, my blue candy had 10's on them, and I got a notice where I was told something about a game coming, but nothing happened, and after that week the blue candy returned to normal.

In the info about this particular anniversary game on Play Store, it says that you could collect these to get rise in rank and get rewards, so I guess some players have whatever this is. Or has it not started yet? But if I wasn't supposed to get that game, why did I get the 10's for the first week?

I'm wondering if it's Kimmy's Nostalgia season all over again, where I never got Kimmy's Gone Fishing. Are these announced seasonal games still only for some players rather than everyone? In older times I think everyone got the seasonal games - or I was in another user group that always got them, where as I've been moved to the 'leftout' group now.

Edit: the 10's are back, so I guess it's another game ala Soda Cup, to get in Top3? Some have that, and some has Soda Cup?
