I’m sorry about this. There is an issue with 4 in a Row, and it’s being investigated:
We would like to know:- Is 4-in-a-row completely gone, or does it show as "Come Back Later"?
- What did you do before noticing this issue?
Some of the things we're looking out for is players who just completed a 4-in-a-row and if things changed for you just as the event got completed. For example, if you completed the event, and tried to start another one - or accidentally pressed away from it!
What is your Player ID, so that we can report your issue as well 🙂. Check 👉 here how to find your Player ID
Regarding lives, the Studio is currently investigating the cause. Until this is solved, you can request Lives from your team by entering the Teams Chat:
Tap on the Teams symbol on the main screen
Tap on Chat
Tap on Ask for Lives (Ask and a red heart) at the bottom

I h ad completed the 4 in a row said come back later but disappered my player ID is my name Pauline Andrews hope this helps.

Hello, just wondering if there is an answer to my question yet. Unfortunately I am now unable to request lives from my team I did do it once the way you explained above but now I try the heart symbol does not highlight.

Also, please check for game and device updates and try to clear cache.
*Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
*Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
