why am I getting this screen for 10th anniversary reward even though I can collect and buy all other prizes and rewards?

I’m so sorry to hear that @JDReilly74 Please follow these steps:
- Check for game and device updates
- Make sure you have a stable internet connection
- Restart your device, leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again
- Clear cache: in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️) in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
