If you use the same email address you had for your Facebook account, you can create a King account and recover your progress. Follow the steps described in this Help Center article: How do I create a King account
If you cannot find your progress, please contact King Player Support so they can manually restore your progress.
To contact King Support: click ➡️ https://soporto.king.com/contact (please click the button with green words) fill in the email address, select the correct game, select topic “Lost progress or items”, select subtopic “I lost my progress”. Describe your problem, mention what level you were on and submit.
Note: You might receive an automated response so please reply back to this email, and an agent will be in touch. It can take up to 72 hours before you receive an answer. (If you have not heard from them within 3 days, send a reply to the same email you have received)
