I found that my megaball reset after I quit the game?

Hello @tomstaitu
It shouldn't be that way. You will lose the mega CB if you don't pass a level the first time.
To prevent this next time, you could try the following:
- check for game and device updates
- check if you have at least 2GB free memory
- clear cache - in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️) - in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
