Could you specify a bit more what type of prizes you're talking about? Did you gain boosters? If they have a time limit the timer will start counting as you get the boosters.

If not, then please try the following steps:

• Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
• Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
• Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
• Clear Cache:
  • 🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
  • 🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
