Why is the store unavailable?

Why is the store unavailable? My iPad is updated, I’ve cleared the page and restarted it. Any suggestions?

- Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
- Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
- Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
- Clear Cache:
- 🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
- 🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

Does the problem persist for you in terms of the store?
If you continue to have this problem, please make sure to follow the steps above, but if they don't help - it would be great to know the following:
- What country you play from
- What your Player ID is
- What game device you play on (iOS, Android, Windows)
- What version of the game you have
