Where did my winning streak go?

Last night my winning streak was over 500. This morning it's gone. My daily play bonus is still working, but my win streak is back to nothing.?? How do I get it back? I had the gold bombs unlocked. This is ridiculous. Any ideas?

Hi there and I'm really sorry to hear that. We've noted that for some players this streak can be broken in various conditions if you lose internet connection or play on an older version of the game.
What I would try to do to make sure that there's nothing wrong with the game is to do the following:
- Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
- Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
- Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
- Clear Cache:
- 🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
- 🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
