Terrible bug that made me lose my streak

Hi , since a few weeks ago,There is a bug that makes the "shop is not available" for no reason. I lost my streak once because of this bug 1 week ago and now it has reappeared today, it has made me lose too many things. Is there a way to be compensated? I had enough ingots to be able to buy the additional moves.

Device : Google pixel 7A , Android 15. Game version : 1.282.3 ( last version available while writing this post)
