    haven't had connection for 3 days now (but internet is fine). I saw a thread that said to logout and login. I attempted to logout and got an error "Cannot connect". But somehow it did logout because when I re-opened, I was on Level 1. Attempt to login gets "Cannot connect'.

    This is on Android 7.0 tablet. I upgraded to latest game version with no help.

    This may solve my addiction to Candy Crush Soda Saga. was over level 13000. Bye-bye?

    Playing the game local at these high levels is impossible to progress without stragegy using ads for extra turns and collecting lots of boosters.

    Soda Crush not connected for several days now. Wifi is on. Cache is cleared.

    Hi Welcome to the Sweet Soda Community

    Please try following steps

    Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.

    Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.

    Memory: Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.

    Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.

    Clear Cache:

    Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache

    iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

    There are a lot of us with this "no connection" problem that manifested itself for us all about 4 days ago. None of us have seem to have any problems with our devices and none of the steps you mention solve the issue. Is the problem being worked on so we can play the game normally again ?
