Candy Crush Soda
I pay for plays. Thanksgiving weekend I played and bought a $15 package. Never received anything for it. Gold Bars were not given. I also see where in my activity pkg. it says gifts left over will be given when it is time to rest new game. I never receive those either. Please help. Robin Robinson

Please try the following:
Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updates
Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommends having at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.
Connection: Try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data
Clear Cache: in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
————— in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
If that didn’t work, we need some more details:- What is your Player ID (click the green words for more info)
- What kind of device do you play the game on
- Which game version do you have (check your App store)

all that you have told me to do has been done. Many times. I have played for years. I know all of this as well.
