I bought extra coins to complete this level! Now I’m back here?? What is going on?? I HAD to buy gold to beat it, and should not have to do that again. When I bought the extra gold to continue the level, it gave me 300 extra moves. It’s now showing those 300 extra moves if I were to use 10 gold coins to continue again. This is crazy. Please help. My game saves to my phone when I quit playing.

Please try following steps
Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
Memory: Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.
Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
Clear Cache:
Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
If don't work following steps please mention your game I'd device name OS version game version

I completed those steps and I’m still back on level 2077! This is crazy. So I spent money for nothing. 😏 I’m thinking about just deleting the app. I have plenty of memory, and use Wi-fi when I play. I’m on an iPhone 14 Pro.

Look like you have to replay the level 😓 Sorry.
Somehow the game didn’t record your win. Glitch in the app or you closed the app too early. Who knows?
If you want to pursue the issue, I recommend you to contact players support from your game app about it. They might give you gold bars 🤞🤞🤞0
