What is the problem with candy crush soda
I play several games, build up all the boosters, get the golden speckled candy ball for winning 10 games, and get up to the epic level in the treasure hunt, and some times by gold bars because I am close and don't want to lose my progress. ( I have probably spent more than $20 in the last week, I just spent 5.99 15 minutes ago). And then all of a sudden the game boots me out to my phone home screen. When I go back in I have lost all my built up bottle boosters, my golden speckled ball and all my progress in treasure hunt. This same thing has happened to me countless times. Why can't King fix it? I want refunds and ALL my boosters and progress back!

I see. I played other Kings games and soda is my fav. Yes, I think you should quit soda at least for a while. Take a break. Delete the app.
Spending money on a glitchy game is frustrating, no doubt.
Maybe the soda app is corrupted and reinstalling it might do the trick 🤞0

For compensation, you should contact players support from your game app. There is a link to support team in your game app.
This problem never happened to me though. Have you checked your device to see how much free memory you have? King recommended at least 2GB.0 -
Thank you for your reply but I have plenty of memory and play all the different versions of candy crush but this only happens in soda. I can't even guess at how many dozens of times this same thing has happened. It is really frustrating, I complained once before several months ago and they gave me a couple of boosters (big deal). I think I may jst give up on soda and delete the app. I've wasted a ton of money.

Hey there, what type of device do you play on? As SimplyP mentions here in the thread, it does sound like it could be a problem of memory on your device, or if the device is older and that the game is crashing. If that happens when you're a level that could be counted as losing the level.
To be more exact this is what we write about this specific part:
- Memory: Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.
- Clear Cache:
- 🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
- 🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
As a last resort reinstalling can also help, but it will unfortunately remove your boosters from the game, you can maintain the progress by making a King account however.
