Why move the cake? It was fine as a team event, why move it? There's now no reason to click on the team icon as they have taken away the team chat and moved the cake. Are they getting rid of teams too?

The events tabs have been gathered in the "Activities" that you can find on the main screen. This is to make it easier to find all of the events in one place along with the time left on each event.
For the Bake-A-Cake, when it says coming soon - it's on a cooldown and not currently available, so it's no broken but more just not active. The studio is aware of that this isn't as clear though, and are looking to make improvements to make this clearer, so thank you for your feedback on this.
That's a fair piece of feedback, but just to note - this type of accessibility tests are not really removing time from improving the game as there are many people working on different parts of Soda. So hopefully we'll see more of the exciting improvements that you're looking for soon.

Instead of encouraging more play I'm actually playing less and if the bad changes keep happening I won't play at all my level is over 15,000
I liked the chat feature no one was ever rude and I used it to encourage and engage with the teams I'd joined. What I don't like bake a cake now says come back later I would appreciate knowing what the rules are and why it does that?

You are right about not being used to the change. Bake a Cake is a team feature and it's weird to see team feature in diff place.
I'm still waiting for any positive changes you have in store for us this year. But the first 2 changes are not what I was expecting 😅 (11 more months to go 🤪)

As for the move of Bake-A-Cake, this is to add consistency for all events to be in the same place. I understand it can feel a bit jarring with being used to the previous version, but it's aimed to make it easier to know where everything is moving forward.
