Hello,
I play daily, and I haven't missed in over 500 days. Today I went to play and it said I missed a day, which I didn't. But now it won't connect to the store. It just says contacting (image attached).
I would like to keep my streak for goodness sakes!! Can someone please help!?

It just happened to me as well, I lost a 591 win streak and all I did was purchase a booster pack. Came back to my game and it restarted. I contacted support. But I don't think they can retrieve it. Bummed π π π π

sorry, but the streak is gone for good. I havenβt seen anyone get their steak back. π

@simplyP is correct, due to limited technology within a players gameplay win streaks of any kind cannot be restored...per support π π
Oh well, I've had worse happen and survived. Lol
Very sorry you lost your streak. Stinks when technical difficulties interfere with our hard work.
