hi there why isnt soda crush loading anymore i have uninstalled it a couple of time and reinstalled but no luck ?

Hi there, what platform are you playing on? (Ex: iOS, Android, Facebook etc)

Please try these steps to begin with:

• Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
• Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
• Memory: Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.
• Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
• Clear Cache:
  • 🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
  • 🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

If this doesn't help, it also would be great to hear what you see when trying to play the game. Are you stuck on the loading screen, or do you get an error?
