How many gold bars do you have? Is there any problem purchase extra moves, lives or boosters from gold bars?
Please make sure you have a good, strong connection, then switch off your Device for at least 1 mins . When you turn it back on, make sure you have a good internet signal and then play a level and then try your transaction again.
