Bought a $5.99 package that was half complete.

Hello, hoping someone can help me. I just bought the $5.99 weekend special that comes with playtime hours but I didn't get them. I got the special candy's but not the playtime. Have refreshed my screen three times and not fixed. How can this be fixed? I have already been charged. I also cannot access the shop anymore.

Redeeming stars for island rewards
When you have stars you can redeem for rewards on island ,the bubble doesnt come up so you can redeem them. I have 100 stars but no bubble to get to island . Uninstalled and reinstalled, reset my phone with no results.
