MAD

I was up to over 700 days playing straight in a row, had purchased game extras, etc. I switched cell phones and cell companies. Even though i saved my stuff before switching I LOST EVERYTHING !! I AM NOW DISCOUGAGED IN EVEN PLAYING. Wish u could fix this.

Did you purchase new mobile or login new cell phone? If yes,

The boosters also cannot be transferred / saved to any devices on any King's Games when you switch out new or change or upgrade device or reinstall any King's Game!

The boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that they are not saved on our servers especially if you didn't have the game saved.

If you didn't received purchase items please mail player support area mention your game id and subtopic purchase snd gold bars
