You can please follow these steps to set up your game on your new device successfully.
"I've already got a King account/I'm already connected to Facebook" Do you already connect your game to a King account or to Facebook? If so, just install the game on your new device and log into your account-that's it! All your game progress and Gold Bars will appear on your new device automatically.
"I've never connected my game to any account nor to Facebook" In that case, you need to make sure you go through a few simple steps first before moving to your new device:
1.- Enter your game on your old device.
2.- Back up your progress and connect to Facebook or to a King account. This is how you do this:
Option A.- Create a King account:
Open your game on the old device and choose the 'Sign up with email' option. Now please choose an avatar and nickname. Then (and don't skip this part!) enter your email address, choose a password, and that's it – you now have a King account. Option B.- Connect the game to your Facebook account:
Open the game on your old device. Click on the blue Continue with Facebook button. Make sure that you have Facebook active on your device and that you're linking to the right profile (worth bearing in mind if you share your device with another Facebook user)

When you have stars you can redeem for rewards on island ,the bubble doesnt come up so you can redeem them. I have 100 stars but no bubble to get to island . Uninstalled and reinstalled, reset my phone with no results.
