why am I not getting credit for the hard levels and also the 4 in a row. This has been 3 weeks and a lot of loss!!

When you have stars you can redeem for rewards on island ,the bubble doesnt come up so you can redeem them. I have 100 stars but no bubble to get to island . Uninstalled and reinstalled, reset my phone with no results.
