Why are none of my bonuses registering on my account

If you're not receiving bonuses in Candy Crush Soda Saga, ensure you're logged into the correct Facebook profile and that you have not accidentally disabled the game's ability to save your progress. If the issue persists, there might be a temporary problem with the game, so check the King General Help Center for updates.
Open the Facebook app on your device and make sure you're logged into the correct Facebook profile.
Open Candy Crush Soda Saga and tap on "Retrieve My Progress/Save My Progress".
Select the blue Facebook button to log in.
Temporary Issues:
If logging in doesn't fix the problem, it's possible there's a temporary issue affecting the game.
Check the King General Help Center for any announcements or updates about the problem.
Restarting the game can sometimes resolve minor glitches.

Redeeming stars for island rewards
When you have stars you can redeem for rewards on island ,the bubble doesnt come up so you can redeem them. I have 100 stars but no bubble to get to island . Uninstalled and reinstalled, reset my phone with no results.
