To start Candy Crush Soda Saga over, you'll need to either delete your existing account or create a new one with a different email address. Deleting your account requires contacting King Customer Support. Creating a new account with a different email allows you to start a fresh game from level 1. Provide the necessary information in the form, including your first name, email, game, platform, and topic (privacy).
Creating a New Account: Install the Candy Crush Soda Saga app on your device if you haven't already. Open the app. When prompted to log in or create a new account, choose to create a new account. Use a different email address than the one associated with your current account. Follow the prompts to create a new account and start playing from level 1.
Transferring Progress (If Applicable): If you want to move your progress to a new device, you'll need to link your account to Facebook or another supported platform. Follow the instructions in the app to transfer your progress to the new device.
