Consider restarting the game, updating your app and device software, free atleast 2 Gb device storage.
You can start all over again, it happens to me sometimes.

I lost my progress when transfering to a new device using the facebook method. I was on lvl18000 on my old device, i logged into facebook then checked facebook and saw it had connected. For the first time ever, since its inception, I do not have the bakery. (Did all the tricks) And now the yeti race just kicked me out, even though I've advanced every level. King really doesn't want me to play anymore lol😄😆
