When will the overcharge be refunded?

I had successfully completed 8 hard levels and was given the opportunity to purchase the reward. There should be first time I tried it saved no money taken from the account. I tried it again same ergo message. Went back to the game, message popped up it was successful. Checked it and saw where I was charged twice for the same package and I want a refund for one of the charges.
