Last night I created a King account while already on level 1160 and then I lost all of my saved boosters and all of my progress in activities. I also can no longer watch ads before or after games to get boosters or extra moves. I also can’t use my 150+ gold to buy more moves. I’ve tried deleting the game and redownloading and playing on to see if it gives me the option later but nothing works.
I tried to contact help and all I got was a robot telling me it’s my fault because I “switched devices” when not once did I say that I had switched devices.
