Rocket Rush not working

Hello! For the past 5 or 6 days, my Rocket Rush is not working. Prior to that time, it would only work intermittently. Now, NOT AT ALL. I've used it hundreds of times (or more) and know what I'm doing. I only play on my Iphone. Nothing has changed at all. Can you please check my account? Very frustrating as I am no longer receiving boosters. Wonder Balls are only giving out small time periods of stripes, wrappers etc. I would like to see if this can be fixed please? Thanks!

My Rocket Rush has been weird too the past week. Some days it didn't count the striped candy.

this happened once to me last week when it stopped counting my stripes. They said (as they always do and this is never the issue for me so I screen recorded it) to update the app, make sure your device is updated, power off your device, force close and reopen the game and play a level. Sometimes that works but last week it didn’t. So with the screen recording, they at least added some things to my account.
