Can I restore my deleted game?

My game bugged so I was not logged into my normal account, it was resetted for some reason. I deleted the game accidentally. Then it glitched back to level 1195, but now my real game is deleted (My email is connected to my account btw). The game wants me to delete the app to fully delete my score. I tried to reach out to the support email which is listed when I open the app but it isn‘t available anymore. I wanted to ask if I have a chance to get my score back from here? Down below I listed a screenshot (it’s in german, sorry) of my game rn. Can my score be restored (maybe manually from the support) and how do I reach out to the support team besides the email adress which isn‘t working anymore?

Hey there and thanks for reaching out! That sounds super tough but I think it should be able to be fixed.

If you have an account in the game, the progress will be saved to that account (either with a King account or a Facebook connected account).

If you delete your game, you will unfortunately lose your boosters though, which could be worth to note here.

If you deleted your game, you should be able to restore your progress simply by logging into the game again.

To make sure nothing is wrong with your game, please follow the steps below:

• Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
• Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
• Memory: Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.
• Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
• Clear Cache:
  • 🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
  • 🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
