(⛔️ Being Investigated) Daily Rewards stuck on iPad
Hello everyone,
It's come to our attention that there's a problem with the Daily Rewards on iPad devices where players are unable to confirm their reward in the screen which makes them stuck there.
The game studio is aware of this issue and are currently investigating this problem. Once we have updates on when it's solved we'll update everyone in this thread.
For now, to collect your rewards, if possible - please try to play on another platform in the meantime to be able to continue to collect your daily reward.

When I open the game it goes to the Daily Bonus automatically and a screen pops up that says Day Missed with a box underneath showing bonuses. Can’t close out of the screen. Small pink x on bottom right is unresponsive. No other way to close out screen. It’s been like this for 24 hours.

It's now 3 days that I have been seeing this when I try to open the game. It's on one of my iPads and it's only happening on this game.
This is the print screen that pops up when I try to open the game.
It pops up and freezes so pressing on the "x" does nothing. I have to press the button on my iPad to close the game. Then I have to clear the history so that I can try it again. I've shut down my iPad, cleared the history on Safari and did all the game updates.
The strangest thing is that I have 2 iPads and an iPhone, yet only one of the iPads has this issue. The other 2 devices are opening without an issue.
@LoFiGummy when they resolve this issue, will I be able to continue with the 907 day?

The version is not the same as my iPhone and other iPad because it's an older model and cannot update as the other two mobile devices. So it's at the max for this model.

This is exactly what is happening on my iPad. The game opens and freezes on this page.
My iPhone works perfectly with the game, it's just the iPad. I have an iPad Pro on software 17.7.7, so it seems to be an issue with iPad devices rather than specific iOS??

@LoFiGummy, I just realized that I didn't give my game version on that iPad. It's 1.293.4. I just talked about the iPad version. Duh!

I play on IPad mini. OS is 18.4.1. I can’t see my player ID because the opening screen is frozen. No way to get to settings.

Please hurry! The fish are my favourite daily booster and I really look forward to each time they are up for the daily and for me it's the only one that isn't working (also the reduced time given for the daily boosters is disappointing)
