No Daily fish bonus again today. This is the 4th time in a row the fish bonus hasn't worked despite coming up on the screen.

I am playing on a laptop via the app from the Microsoft Store and I have the latest version.

I have logged in and out again.

I have turned off my computer and turned it on again.

The clock on my computer is correct

I have contacted support via the in game facility and heard nothing back apart from acknowledgment of my query.

Game restart
I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
