My devices are not syncing my game level

Hi Ronel, happy to help with your syncing issue! Just to confirm, are you logged into the same King or Facebook account on both devices?
Also, if you’ve just played a few levels, sometimes the progress needs a bit of time to sync. Try force closing and reopening the game on the second device.
If it’s still not updating properly, let us know which device(s) you’re using and if your game is connected to a King or Facebook account, that will help us figure things out faster 🙂

I have 2 Laptops (and sometimes play on my Android Mobile too when away from home). On my phone/ mobile, I have been stuck with that bleedin pink door for WEEKS now. It just does not budge there and remains on the same level. So am losing interest with all these battles!
On my laptops I think I have somehow landed up with 2 King accounts? The one with the highest level is: Ronelle (Level 16796) - other laptop player name is Ronel (Level 16720) < it is stuck at that level and does not budge. Just cannot get them to sync and have tried everything.
