I'm sorry for the persisting issue. If you want to continue playing, just play in another device or platform to continue. If you have an account, sign in to it. And make sure you visit the game daily to get rewards and prevent the freezing screen. However, when you do this way, your progression may be false. Your levels will be saved, but some features and boosters will be missing. That's the only way to do. I hope you understand now!
