where are all my power ups??
Same device so that’s not it.
If you switched to a different device, the boosters will not carry over.
I have the same problem. Lost all of mine a couple of weeks ago. And now when I earn them they don’t show up. Always at zero before the level.

Hello again, I had another look and it seems like we're investigating this issue as it has happened to a few other players as well.

Hi, and thank you for your response! I've been playing this game for too many years. About 2 weeks ago, all of my power-ups (fish, candy bombs, truffles, strips, and sour-filled candies) were gone! I do not have a checkmark next to them. I continue to earn power-ups from contests, but they are not showing at all! I'm on level 4000-something. I'm baffled! Any more advice?

Hey there, did the boosters you earned have a timer next to them? Example: "30 min"
In that case the boosters only last for that amount of time, otherwise if you did have boosters in your inventory (seen before entering a level), please make sure that you don't have the ✅ checkmark next to them because then you will use the boosters every time you play a level.
