When I reached level 2500, I was awarded a special offer that included 1200 gold bars + 400 additional along with other items for $99.00. I accepted and entered my payment info. The game said the store was closed and try again: no $ was taken from my account. But when I tried later, it said I already received the offer. Now on level 2600, another offer (not as good) but it tells me I already received this one too! I haven't received either one! Help!
