Been playing the game for years. I am only on level 1225 but I have spent money numerous times. Usually on PC. Sometimes via Facebook. But lately I have been sparingly making small purchases one at a time just to keep the game going. Well, something happened and my card stops working after I make a couple of purchases and it tells me I have to use a different card, which I don't have. And THEN my PC stopped letting me even sign in. The app won't take my password and I have tried everything to fix it. I can't even get a password reset email to come through. If I play on FB, I don't get to participate in all the rewards events and such. So Facebook will let me sign in, but the PC app won't, even though it was working fine last week. This just happened out of the blue. I am quite perturbed. I have a lot of time and purchases invested and the game has become unplayable for me. Giving KING a chance to fix it before I do something stupid and just delete it all since I can't play anyway. It's a shame too, because I have always liked this game. My player ID is 2321168567. I hope yall have some kind of an answer for me. All I really need is to get a password reset so I can get back into my PC app to play. Also, I need my debit card to stop being rejected for purchases. If I can't make small purchases without it shutting me down after just a couple purchases, then y'all need to stop even offering the $1.99 and $3.99 packages. Somebody is limiting my purchases, and I would like it to be fixed.
