I have used purchased credits several times to advance in Kimmy’s challenge and have lost them because it keeps freezing.

I have tried all of the above and continue to lose many purchased credits.
Hi guys I have received feedback that this is not currently a known issue
Can you please try the following
Have a strong Internet connection and at least 2gig of free memory
Log out not just close the game and close any other apps you may have open on your device
Turn off your device for at least 2 minutes
Once you log back in hopefully it will reset for you if not play 1 game level the close down once again
Please let us know how you get on 💓
The same thing keeps happening to me. Three days in a row. Purchase credits to advance but get the spinning wheel and that’s all. I’ve lost around 60 credits to restart and advance but nothing changes. Just the same spinning wheel. I’ve followed all the instructions for freezing game. Nothing changes.

I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
