Purchase not loading

This morning I purchased gold bars and boosters, and paid with my Microsoft account. When bought previously, they were added immediately to the game. This hasn't happened this time, although the game knows they were bought

(see screenshot) and I do not know how to add them manually in Windows. Please advise.

Ads are freezing and having to close app each time
Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
