Why doesn't rocket Rush work for me?

II have signed out and signed in and cleared my cash and done all of the things that you try to tell me to troubleshoot, yet this particular profile which is linked to my Facebook account doesn't allow me to connect specifically and only as it relates to Rocket Rush. This has been going on for weeks and don't understand. Can you please provide an explanation? See attached images of my activities board.

I'm not sure how to respond to your response. I have both Wi-Fi and Cellular Connections and use this game on both regularly. In addition, your answer seems to be directed towards a child. If you have a response for an adult, please post that as well. The issue lies with the app itself. If you're unable to log out and log in, that is purely a function of the app.

Hey there and sorry to hear that. I assume you're on an online connection when this is happening right? Have you been able to switch from perhaps a Wi-Fi to a roaming connection to see if it changes the result?

I'd also check if you have any pending updates, both on your device but also the game itself.

For us to be able to look at this more closely, could you send us the following:

What platform you play on (iOS or Android)
What device you play on
What version of the game you have
Your Player ID
