September 1st 2015 was the day when Chocolate Dipped Castle episode was released, and also the Fizz levels!
You basicaly match candies in Soda to turn them into bubbled candies (i think).
Once a candy has 4 bubbles and they shake, the candy will spread the bubble to all candies of the same color. If that happened six times, you will get Bubble Rush, where all bubble candies (i think) explode and you get a bottle cap (required to complete the level)

Sadly it was removed on September 30 2015 when Gumdrop Acres was released. This level type was fun, why did you remove it? Anyways, what's your opinion on this level type?
