Why can't I make a purchase?

Today, suddenly, I'm unable to make a purchase. Have been trying to buy the Golden Offer - Special Deal @ £4.19 but, when clicking on it, I'm being told 'Looks like you already own this' and the transaction fails. Account details all fine on Microsoft Store but, if it is a problem at their end, how do I contact them? Thank you.

Ads are freezing and having to close app each time
Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
